To me it appears close to images at Alectra sessiliflora <https://efloraofindia.com/2016/10/31/alectra-avensis/> BSI Flora of India <https://efloraindia.bsi.gov.in/eFlora/speciesList_PCL.action?resultType=genusWise&parent_Id=32636&parent_Name=alectra> only gives distribution of this species in Sikkim. Keys, if one can find, will further help.
