Gurcharan ji, You are right about Artemisia stellariana - I based my conclusion looking at only the leaves. However, the leaves of Tanacetum densum on the web look very different: http://www.desert-tropicals.com/Plants/Asteraceae/Tanacetum_densum.html The plant is commonly called Partridge Feather because the leaflet arrangement looks like a feather.
