Shobha ji, my guess is other way round --- near-white flower with pink found in varying measure, perhaps depending on factors like forest-cover, rain, moisture, humidity ..... Also worth considering is fading glory of the flowers.
In the photo attached, some ( nano !! ) hint of pink can be perceived. Please wait for comments. Regards.
