There is a funny story behind this plant which I collected from Jharkhand. I got this from forests in bud and planted it in my garden just outside my bedroom window. This was new to me and new record for the state too. I have a very bad habit of keeping my room clean :P. But when I entered my room two days later it was stinking like shit. I thought I got something on under my shoes. I checked, it was clean, but I kept all the shoes outside. Still the smell was getting stronger....I scolded all other members of my family to check their shoes and got frustrated and went out in my garden, if it was there outside..... I was expecting some stray dog's popo below my windows but found this plant in flowering....for the time being, I was like too happy that it was blooming, and I then went near to smell it (I have this another bad habit of smelling anything which comes across).....IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DISGUSTING........... but some how I didnt vomit. For fun, I called all my family members to show the beautiful flower and smell it :)))..... All of them had the same feeling :p...and then they scolded me back !!
