This is

Peristylus plantagineus (Lindl.) Lindl., Gen. Sp. Orchid. Pl.: 300 (1835).
Syn: Herminium plantagineum Lindl., Edwards's Bot. Reg. 18: t. 1499 (1832).

Wide endemic to India and Sri lanka.
