I think it is the lower portion of Himalaiella deltoidea (DC.) Raab-Straube only. Your book link says 'Lower leaves lyrate-pinnatifid, with terminal lobe deltoid-hastate. Raab-Straube <https://efloraofindia.com/species/a---l/ar/asteraceae/carduoideae/himalaiella/himalaiella-deltoidea> I could not find anything closer even from species listed in Flora of China <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=317630>.
