On checking all species listed in the Checklist of Nepal <http://www.efloras.org/browse.aspx?flora_id=110&start_taxon_id=104121>, I think it appears close to *Blumea lacera* (Burf. f.) DC., as per POWO <https://powo.science.kew.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:185603-1> and Checklist of Nepal <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=110&taxon_id=200023555>.
