Dear Garg ji, By aster I meant the well known flower Aster and not a member of the asteraceae family. Calling a member of cruciferaceae a crucifer is not confusing as there is no flower called crucifer but calling a member of asteraceae an Aster is perhaps confusing.At least I was confused when I wrote the comment.
