This is Dendrobium primulinum.

The only other species which looks somewhat similar is Dendrobium
primulinum, but it has a lip
which is constricted at the base, and flares open like a funnel:

This still doesnt look like Dendrobium cucullatum to me. Navendu,
Dinesh Agarwala and Giby can you please check this one again. In worst

case this could be Dendrobium primulinum or Dendrobium lituiflorum.
