Yes this is Clerodendron viscosum....
I sent a pic of this plant few days back.
Tanay idntified it.
Its called Ghentu phool in Bengali.
(Phool is the Bengali term for flower).
Theres the mention of this plant in many Bengali literatures, as its a
common plant of rural Bengal.
