Dear Garg ji,

Thanks as always for forwarding these comments. I will need check some
references for each one once I return home. I should note that for all of
these contributions, I was in the field with excellent local botanists who
were quite careful with the identifications of the plants I photographed.
So if errors occurred, they probably relate to my own field notes (or image
mix-ups). In any case, when responding to comments, should I continue to
reply to all?
