This appears close to *Salix stomatophora* Flod. (syn: *Salix bhutanensis* Flod.) as per POWO <https://powo.science.kew.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:778928-1> and GBIF <https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/gallery?taxon_key=5583337> specimens ( one <https://www.gbif.org/tools/zoom/simple.html?src=//api.gbif.org/v1/image/cache/occurrence/1098892404/media/dd501e8fa0df8d44a269167e0d418338>). Pl. see the typical bracts at the base of each inflorescence.
