Dear Sir, Yes, it's a small and damaged specimen of Hypodematium crenatum. If taking fern photos please ensure the bottom pinnae are shown, and in this case the creeping rhizome covered in oeange-red scales is diagnostic, too. Please refer to the Annotated Checklist of Indian Pteridophytes, vol. 2: 292 et seq., 2018, and two photos on pg. 528. You will need to study all three volumes for the accurate compilation of an Indian e-Flora pteridophytes as it needs to be based on experienced and detailed modern research. Chris Fraser-Jenkins.
