Hi, As Pankaj bhai said, it is undoubtedly a species of Oberonia sp (Orchidaceae). I wouldn't attempt idying the species from this picture because even with flowering specimen, I felt (several occasions) it is very difficult to id species the genus Oberonia. To me, I need a specimen with active flowers on the plant for species id.
