I'm extremely sorry. How could I have missed the tuberculated spur, which
is so small on the new branches and sessile figs?

https://groups.google.com/g/indiantreepix/c/e1oQFmAMocc

I have narrowed it down to two species: *Ficus geniculata* and *Ficus
middletonii*. The major difference is that the latter is only found in the
southern parts of India and has pubescent (hairy) figs.

*This plant should be Ficus geniculata var. geniculata * - receptacles
sessile and glabrous

I also know that Kabro (nepali name) is for *Ficus lacor.*

Kind regards,
Varun

With regards,
