I also agree with Garg ji's first and Mandru ji's opinions. Leaves in the images seems to be simple, and base leaf blade slightly curved inwards. *Leaves of C. buchananii are leathery or flexible, and so as it is a climber, it's leaves are never been arranged in same parity even if it trailing on bare ground like leaves in the images.* The leaf arrangement in the images have very uniformity. And *C. buchananii* sprouts always having a twining tendency, but the image shows a hard sprout. Afterall, I am strongly suggests it as *Memecylon*. Regards, Sam Kuzhalanattu.
