An amazingly tropical looking rich flame coloured Foxglove hybrid. *Digitalis
Illumination ‘Flame’ *is a cross between our native *Digitalis purpurea* and
an exotic species from the Canary Islands, *I**soplexix canariensis*. Very
attractive spires of flowers are produced through summer and into autumn,
attracting pollinators into your garden. This incredible perennial foxglove
can survive winters in mild locations. This exotic Foxglove hybrid thrives
in both full sun and partial shade, growing to a height of around 90cm
tall. ????

Thank you.

Acanthus flowers seen in San Francisco on 1/10/14.
Flowers were on the other side of a hedge and leaves were not visible from
where the pictures were taken.
These are the only pictures I have.
