I think there may be three species distributed in Maharashtra as per FoPI:
Burmannia candelabrum
<http://flora-peninsula-indica.ces.iisc.ac.in/herbsheet.php?id=2193&cat=7>
Burmannia coelestis
Burmannia pusilla
<http://flora-peninsula-indica.ces.iisc.ac.in/herbsheet.php?id=2195&cat=7>
Burmannia wallichii
<http://flora-peninsula-indica.ces.iisc.ac.in/herbsheet.php?id=2200&cat=7>

We have to find out the keys to arrive at the id.

Hello friends

This was seen at Mahadevgad, Amboli hill station, MH in Aug 2021.
Guessing this to be Burmannia pusilla.
This was a very unique shape for a flower

Requested to please provide ID.

Thanks and regards
