This should be *Vincetoxicum glaucum *(Wall. ex Wight) Rech.fil. syn.
*Vincetoxicum
hirundinaria* subsp. *glaucum* (Wall. ex Wight) H.Hara
The plant is stiff and erect whereas *Vincetoxicum kenouriense* (Wight)
Decne. is erect though flexible,
the leaf shape is different, the leaves are thick, stiff and leathery
compared to *Vincetoxicum kenouriense* (Wight) Decne.,
which is more papery and soft.
