Celosia cristata can be separated from Celosia argentea both
morphologically and genetically, as mentioned in this paper
<https://www.researchgate.net/publication/250612821>. However POWO will not
put them separated because Celosia cristata is not a wild species, and you
cannot define a distribution for it, which POWO always has on every species
page. So it is up to you if you want to treat them as separate or not.
