As you already said the society is 'law obedient' in columbia... this is what is exactly 'lacking in India' Law remains on board..i have seen person having fun riding bike right over flowers in Kas ..no sensitivity..nothing, by the time guard came running, considerable damage was already being done... who will stop such stupids?? On the top Govt is more interested in developing tourist spots with 5 star hotels thats where we nature lovers are helpless :(
