So looked at the broader *S. kunthiana* comple <https://www.jstor.org/stable/4111071?origin=crossref&seq=1>x that this falls under. This publication describes the *S. jeyporensis-cuspidata-carnatica* complex within the Kunthiana group. Your observation could be closer to *S. carnatica*, though not all details line up.
