I think the posted plant could be *Ophiorrhiza rugosa* var. *prostrata* (D.Don) Deb & Mondal . It is considered a synonym of *Ophiorrhiza rugosa* Wall. in POWO. Will wait for comments / validation of ID. Regards. Dinesh
