Dear friend I need to see a closeup of flower, especially the upper surface of the lip. Are there any hairs or any ornamentation on it? What all species of Eulophia are found in NE India? You have any idea? At one glance it looks to me like Eulophia spectabilis (one of the colour variants) bot your flowers are over exposed.
