To me it looks like H. haemanthus

up to 30 cm long, short-petioled, petiole bases forming
pseudostem
Spathe valves, ascending, bright red
Spathe valves reflexed
Heads up to 8 cm in dia., fls red
Heads 8-15 cm in dia., fls blood red
Perianth lobes ascending
Perianth lobes spreading.
To me it looks like H. multiflorus
