Hello All Gymnema sylvestre its a climber called gud mar becuse if you chew leaf of this plant it interferes sweet taste of your tougue which returns only after chewing piece of coconut flesh:) It contains gymnemic acid which interferes secretion of insulin from islets of Langerhans in pancreas so it can be used in treatment of diabetes mallitus
