An interesting situation: a search in IPNI returns five species, of which
two (*C. acuminata* Wight, *C. racemosa* Wight) carry feminine gender, the
other three (*C.* *cordatum* (Poir.) M.R.Almeida, *C. **hainanense* Tsiang,
*C.* *philippinense* Schltr.) carry neuter gender

Index genericorum, on the other hand shows C. racemosum (Roxb.) Wight as the
type of the genus, obviously neuter gender.
