Yes Rajuji, You have rightly identified this plant as Chloranthus erectus (Buch.- Ham.) Verdc. It is commonly found in NE India.
Pl have a look on the key provided by Fl. China 1a. Flowers yellowish green; leaves 5-11 × 2.5-5.5 cm, apex acute or obtuse, margin crenate-serrate; central connective 3- toothed.............Chloranthus spicatus 1b. Flowers white; leaves 10-20 × 4-8 cm, apex gradually narrowed to caudate, margin glandular serrate; central lobe of connective entire.....Chloranthus erectus Moreover, please check for the portion of inflorescence (Fig. 145: 2 & 7) in the following link http://www.efloras.org/object_page.aspx?object_id=1419&flora_id=2 Further, Fl China and Tropicos have not reported C. spicatus from India.
