Indian giant squirrel, or Malabar giant squirrel is a Near threatened species endemic to India. Its included in Schedule II of Wildlife Protection Act of India that means, killing it will lead you to imprisonment. Thanks for sharing beautiful pics. I have yet to see this in wild. Regards Pankaj
