Both Madhuri ji and Pankaj ji are right

The name Golden bamboo conventionally goes with Phyllostachys aurea, but
according to "Multilingual dictionary of Economic Plants" by S. Rehm, it
also applies to B. vulgaris (other common name: common bamboo). Other common
name for Phyllostachys aurea is fish-pole bamboo.
