Yes I too this is Aporosa lindleyana male flowering plant. The acuminate (drip tip) of evergreen tree seen clearly and the sessile spikes 2.5 to 4 cm long. Seen quite a few of these trees at Anshi & Kulgi WLS, Karnataka.
