Hello You may be right Manudev ji............. This should be *Cyanotis thwaitesii *Hassk. The species is close to *Cyanotis fasciculata, C. fasciculata *var. *rosea *and *Cyanotis glabrescens *but differs in its perennial habit, somewhat rosette leaves and most common thing in this complex cobwebby hairs .............
