I admire your enthusiasm Mahadeshwara ji ! Yes this is Euphorbia milii some var. There are too many of them! The leaves are deciduous, obovate. Its inflorescence displays bicoloured, petal like bracks, with small yellow flowers inside.! The characteristic white sap is present.
