Affirmative Raghu. This is a species of Bombax possibly Bombax insigne. Have 
also seen small trees flowering and fruiting at Shahapur.

The flower of this plant resemble to that of a white  silk cotton tree in size, 
shape, color and appearance.
But will such a small plant (around 10 feet)  bear flowers. 
Could this be a kind of cactii ?
