In spite of the label the tree appears to be Solanum wrightii for several
reasons

S. wrightii is characterised by flowers which are intitially blue or purple
fading to white, large in size. The plant was uploaded by Pankaj ji few days
back

There is no published name Solanum macrophyllum Hart. according to KEW Plant
List, GRIN, the species is S. macrophyllum Dunal (or Hort. ex Dunal
according to IPNI) which is synonym of S. lanceifolium Jacq. or S. albidum
Dunal. (KEW Plant List).

Hortus Third, the most comprehensive treatise does not list C. macrophyllum,
it,however, lists S. macranthum also having bluish purple flowers fading to
white. Some databases treat S. wrightii and S. macranthum as synonyms.
