In Syzygium malaccense, or Eugenia malaccensis,the flowers will be pinkish red. Is this a variant or Could this be Syzygium samarangense syn. Syzygium javanicum, Eugenia javanica. ( link http://toptropicals.com/catalog/uid/syzygium_samarangense.htm )
