Hi,
Agree with Mr.Ingalhalikar. This is Stereospermum personatum [syn.S.colias]
locally called Padree with a yellow corolla tinged with reddish-purple. In
S.chelenoides [syn.S.suaveolens] locally called Padal the flowers are dull
purple.
                   With regards,
                     Neil Soares.
