Hi, Agree with Mr.Ingalhalikar. This is Stereospermum personatum [syn.S.colias] locally called Padree with a yellow corolla tinged with reddish-purple. In S.chelenoides [syn.S.suaveolens] locally called Padal the flowers are dull purple. With regards, Neil Soares.
