I too stand for Barringtonia asiatica  of Lecythidaceae family, as
Neil Ji pointed out.

It cant be Calliandra surinamensis as the picture shows a single
flower and it has petals. Flower buds are also different. In
Calliandra what we see is an inflorescence with several flowers. But
it is a nice mimicry! Mimicry in plants?
