Tree large, trunk 3-5 meters, Bark white, Leaves - ~Heart shaped, ~Ovate, ~acute, 12cms approx. Very few leaves here and there in the tree branches. No flowers, Fruits- Hundreds, Approx 15 in a cluster. A common species of the genus Sterculia in Ponmudi- Bonacaud-Schendaruni area. Sterculia guttata trees are usually found along the river bed there. So I assume the picture could be of Sterculia guttata.
