According to the plant list *Nothapodytes* *foetida* (Wight) Sleumer and *
Nothapodytes* *nimmoniana* (J. Graham) Mabb. are two different species and *
Mappia* *foetida* (Wight) Miers is a synonym of *N. foetida*.

Please share if someone has any relevant reference in this regard.
