Yes Madhuri ji, the flowers of two look similar but flower of B. involucrata
has a darker centre. In addition the main differences are:

Barleria cristata: Leaves 5-10 cm long; nerves 6-7 pairs; petioles 3-8
mm;flowers in dense spikes; outer sepals 2-3 cm long, spinous

Barleria involucrata: Leaves 10-20 cm long; nerves 8-10 pairs; petiole 1-5
cm; flowers in large terminal panicles; outer sepals 4-5 cm long
