Hi Balkar Ji I too think this is Hypericum elodeoides Choisy in Candolle, Prodr. 1: 551. 1824. (Syn: *Hypericum napaulense* Choisy) Some plants can be bit taller than the descriptive plant after all genetics plays the game.
