What I think is that Jishi Ji had typed his message under the "quoted text" of Balkar Ji and Ushadi Ji might have clicked on the "show quoted text" then might have thought that Joshi Ji had again given a link that apparently become the same link that Balkar Ji provided.
This is just my assumption.
