Shobha ji, the flowers' spike (usually seen pendulous) reminds me of *Dioscorea bulbifera* ♀ ... the vegetative growth seen among the flower spikes is popularly known as air potato OR air yam. The leaves of the climber are probably not seen here, please confirm.
