Yes orchid flowers show so much of variation of shape size and color.
But there are two things in common, labellum and gynostemium and with
these even a kid can say that its an orchid. But trust me to identify
the largest family in the world, it really is a tough job.
Even there are orchids, which doesnt show very distinct labellum like
in sub-family Apostasioideae. Then it becomes tricky.
