When you run the key, .....

4. stem woody at base, stamens 8....; 5  (if this is the case it can be L
decurrens)
4. Stem herbaceous, stamens 4....  6 (if this is the case mostly L perennis)

Here in Sathish jis pictures I think the number of stamens are 4
Hence I say it is *L. perennis*

Satish ji or Mohina ji, Please clarify by using the key i Rheedea article.
