Dear Fellow Group-members,

As part of my routine exercise I revisit my mistakes and correct (my)
errors regularly.
During one such exercise I had a look at this thread again today.

Presented below is the key to identification of Boerhavia from FOC:

Leaf margin with unicellular hairs; perianth limb white, red, or pink;
anthocarp glabrous, tip sharply angular.                                3 B.
erecta
Leaf margin with stout, multicellular hairs, at least when young;
perianth limb bright purple or purple-red; anthocarp glandular-
hairy,                  4 B. diffusa

Based on the above keys I think I will revert to my original stand.
