Alok, This is Sauromatum venosum, not an Arisaema. The tuber just needs to be big enough to flower but when it does you will smell it sooner than you see it. The flowers are usually dark brown and spotted and appear before the leaves. The tuber can even flower out of soil. Just feed it well and I am sure it will flower.
