Thanks Prasad ji for sharing. We all face the problem of irritating Smegma at different stages of life. This problem is associated with personal hygiene and in extreme cases like Buried Penis, surgery is presented as only solution but in Traditional Healing of India specially in Chhattisgarh and Orissa, Aerides species are used for management of this problem both in male and female genitals.
