In some varieties of Nephrolepis exaltata I have seen new plant
emerging from the tips if they are touching the ground. Mani sir, you
may try tying some moss on the tip. By the way, this grows so
luxuriantly, why now just divide the bunch on the base into multiple
parts. I used to do the same, but then I got fed up of this fast
growing ferm....
